Vinification
Rotari Rosé is produced with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes that are harvested by hand and grown on the hillsides of Trentino. The Pinot Noir grapes are harvested slightly early so as to enjoy characteristic aromatic notes of red fruit on the nose, and structure, richness and importance on the palate. Rotari Rosé is made with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes in the traditional Metodo Classico style.
