Vinification
Rotari Riserva Trentodoc is produced only with the finest Chardonnay grapes that are harvested by hand and grown on the sunny hillsides around Trento. It is produced according to the Metodo Classico tradition, adhering to the strict quality standards of the Trento DOC. Rotari Riserva is produced with the second fermentation in the bottle and the long refinement on its lees.
